1. On the Final Plat show the new right-of-way dedicated for the deceleration lane similiar to
the way it is shown on the Site Plan.
2. All utility and drainage easements for City utilities must be a minimum of 20' wide as per the
City Subdivision Ordinance.
3. Provide 8' wide brick paver band for driveways intersecting MacArthur Blvd.
