The City of Coppell has recently completed a follow-up walk-thru ia the referenced project.
Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance.
1. Need 1" meter loop to set 1" meter for domestic.
2. Need 5/8" meter loop to set 5/8" meter for irrigation.
3. Need to test DC for irrigation and have paperwork.
4. Manhole chimney seal on 18" sewer line bottom ring loose.
5. Seal joints in curb.
6. Rout and seal all random cracks (painted white).
7. Backfill behind sidewalk.
8. Complete reinstallation of traffic loop.

you requested from us for the proposed work over the gas easement on Lot 4 at 777 N.
MacArthur in Coppell.
This letter should finalize all previous requests you required for us to install the site
utilities on both Lots 4 & 5,
We are proceeding aa per this letter to the area over the gas easement. Should you
have any further requests, please let us know.
