'To Whom It May Concern:
Our firm has recently been selected by the City of Coppell to prepare plans for the
reconstruction and improvement of Wrangler Drive. The first phase of the project will
be 'to conduct field design surveys of the existing conditions along the roadway. So,
for the next f~w weeks our survey crews will be in the area along Wrangler Drive
Obtaining. survey information for the preliminary design, The crews will be looking for
property comers and locating all existing featUres and improvements within the street
'right-of-way: They will 'also be gathering some.topographic information 'beyond the
limits of the street right-of way~ as required, in order for us to insure that the proposed
design for Wrangler Drive is compatible with the existing improvements on adjacent
properties.
We do not anticipate this survey work causing any inconvenience or disruption to your
normal business operations or the vehicular and pedestrian traffic along Wrangler
Drive. However, should you have any questions regarding any of the tasks which our
