Hi Mike:
Regarding the As-Built package you and I discussed today, for our close-out
documents for this project, required by your department, you mentioned you
are requesting a digital file of the Civirs for this project.
We do not have "Cad Drawings" available to us for this project, but the
Civil Engineer wanted me to ask you if a 'TIFF" file on disc or cassette
would be satisfactory to you. If so, we could have the TIFF file produced
for you at the same time we have the Mylars made.
Please let me know so that I may respond back to the Civil Engineer.
