1. Show the limits of the access easement to be abandoned more clearly.
2. Provide dimensions on the drainage easement to the east of the building.
3. The plat does not show the drainage easement for the 2-36" RCP running along the
southern edge of the building.
4. The 5' sidewalk along MacArthur should be located 1' off the property line in the right-of-
way similar to what has'been done on other phases to the north.
5. Provide an 8' brick paver band at the proposed driveway off of MacArthur.
6. The building needs to be located on the lot such that no portion of the building or building
walkway interferes with drainage/sanitary sewer easement along the south side of the
building.
