The foundation plan for the above -referenced location has been designed using
acceptable engineering practices including consideration of the Post -Tensioning
Institute's "Design and Construction of Post -Tensioned Slabs -on -Ground". The
above-referrenced foundation was also designed with loads applied in accordance
with the International Residential Code, 2003 Edition. This design is also based on
the requirements of the Post -Tensioning Institute's "Construction and Maintenance
Procedures Manual for Post -Tensioned Slab -on -Ground Construction" regarding
proper drainage and site preparation. These areas of work are beyond the scope
of this contract.

pier inspection of the referenced project foundation on 4/18/2006
During the inspection it was observed that the piers and reinforcing were installed
per plans and specifications. An inspection checklist was left at the job site.
