Dear Mitch:
In r~sponse to the request of Mike Martin at th~ City of CoppelI that Coppell CrossJz~ obtain
letters from Lone Star Pipeline and TXU aclamwled~ng and granting ~ion for CoppeU Crossing
to construct improvements upon Lots 4 and 5, pica.sc be advised as follows.
First, such request does not recognize that each of the easements granted to TXU and Lone Star
Pipeline specifically reserve to thc grantor of said easement (and grantor's assigns-being Coppeli
Crossing) the right to use and enjoy the property constRuting said easement and to consmmt roads.

in order to obtain conslzuction permits.
