RE: Coppell Crossing, Lot 3, Block 1 (Burger King)
Dear Mr. English:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Revise the cover sheet such that the only included items are platted name of property, sheet
index, vicinity map, developer information, and engineer information.
2. Include the plat in the civil set.
3. Remove the "Bid Set" stamps from all sheets.
4. All information pertaining to signing, parking (calculations) and landscaping should be
removed from this set.
5. Please make sure that the next set of plans submitted is completely legible.
6. Indicate on the plans what is existing versus what is proposed.
7. Please make corrections to the site notes as indicated. It is acceptable to use the site notes
section as submitted, but make sure the notes are correct. Fire lanes will be 6" 3000 psi
concrete on 6' lime stabilized subgrade.
8. All paving will be a minimum of 5' 3000 psi concrete on 6" lime stabilized subgrade.
9. Please provide storm drain and sanitary sewer profiles with any utility crossings shown.
Also, provide hydraulic data for each section of storm drain (HGL, Q10o, Capacity, V, Sf).
10. Regarding the storm drain, indicate the type (from City Standards) and size of all drainage
structures.
11. Please clearly show all adjacent drives.
12. Provide a wastewater access device for the sanitary sewer line at the right-of-way line.
13. Please include details only for those items th_at are not covered in the City of Coppell
Standard Construction Details. The contractors will be required to have our standards on-
site, so they can be referenced by sheet for standard details.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
