Macarthur Blvd Coppell, TX 75019 Line Locate# 2077338191 Dear Mr. Norman, Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) has reviewed GW Communication Solutions request to cross over our 54 -inch water transmission main located in easement in Coppell, Texas. DWU owns, operates, and maintains a 54 -inch diameter PCCP water transmission main in this area as shown on DWU design sheet 685W-676 Sheet 16. DWU has reviewed and approved the proposal for 1-2" HDPE conduit via BOTOC 4.5' feet over our pipe. If any changes are made, resubmittal of plans to DWU are required for approval. DWU requires that the contractor perform the following when working around our pipe: 1. The location of DWU's pipeline must be staked and flagged at all times. 2. No piers or drilling of any kind shall be permitted within 20' feet of existing 54" water main. 3. Contractor shall contact DWU at "311" or 214-670-3111 48 -hours prior to construction for line location services. 4. No vertical structures including fencing and walls shall be built over the existing asset. 5. Only tracked equipment shall be used over the pipeline. No wheeled equipment shall be used unless otherwise approved by DWU. An engineering plan to protect DWU's assets may need to be submitted to DWU for review and approval. 6. No equipment that is over H2O loading is allowed within the right-of-way or easement of DWU's asset. An engineered matting plan may need to be submitted and approved by DWU for equipment passing over the asset.
