Water Connection at Sonic
As you are aware, the owner o£ the referenced proper~y, Mi]ch Vexler, would like to work with tile City
and Sonic to make a connection to tilt existing 8" waterline located just north of the Sonic entrance drive
utilizing att open-cut of the drive. Mi]ch is in the process of obtaining approval for the open cut from
Sonic and he will provide you xvith that information as soon as he has it.
Also, Mi]ch would like to relocate tile open-cut conne, etion approximately 3'+_ to thc west o£ the location
we show on the approved pimps. The reason for the relocation is to avoid the existing brick pavers in the
drive approach.
We have reviewed tile relocation and believe it will work fine, given the existing faeililics. Tile relocated
waterline will still be located within the necessary easement mid thc connection to the existing 8"
waterline should be easily accomplished.
