Dear Mr. Vexler,
Our office has reviewed and approved the building permit application and drawings for
Coppell Crossing Addition, Lot 1, Block 1 as noted in the submission.
The building inspection permit fee for this construction would be $2,195.00. This would
include shell building and electrical inspection fees as well as fire inspection fees.
In reference to the letter from Ken Griffin dated May 5, 1998, this amount would be deducted
from the $8116.85 balance left in your account in conformance with the terms of paragraph
14 of the CED Settlement Agreement approved by the City Council on 6/12/97.
