on this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted as noted below.
Gymnasium, Running Track Framing Floor Level:
1. Metal deck installation, puddle welds and
side lap button punches were determined to
be compliant.
Sloped Roof Level Framing between lines H to H.5
and 13 to 14:
1. Reinspection item, metal deck installation, puddle
welds and side lap screws were now determined to be
compliant.
