I have to talk with Shannon Hebb about the status of this project, I am not working on it right now. I believe that the surveyor has a request for extra payment for these changes that we are going to forward for review by Coppell. I do not know about a retaining wall, again I'll ask Shannon. I'll check back with you later this week, Debbie Kiger ..... Original Message ..... From: Suzan Taylor [mailto:staylor@ci.coppell.tx.us] Sent: Monday, November 26, 2001 8:58 AM To: Kiger, Debbie Subject: Sandy Lake Easements Debbie: I sent you an e-mail in October concerning the 12 parcels that needed to be revised. I hope that you received it - I have lost my archived e-mail and I do not have a way to check that. If you did not, I need to tell you which parcels we need and which parcels we do not need and the corrected owners of the parcels. We need the drainage easements for Parcel 24 as quickly as possible. The owner has signed for the right-of-way and the slope easements and is waiting on the drainage easements. Please let me know the status of the easements. I am working on the Corps permit. I sent them a copy of the set of plans that you sent me, however, they are revisions that are supposed to be made that would lessen the impact to the waters of the US. There were disussions about adding a retaining wall on the north side of Sandy Lake (Parcel 6 - James B. Prewitt) so that we would not have to obtain any additional right-of-way. Have the plans been revised to reflect this, if so, could I get a half-size set of the most recent plans. I will also need the cross-section sheets to sent to the COE.
