Subject: Road debris at the entrance to The Vistas of Copl~dl off of gM 553...
This is to advise you that the Urn off lane, into The Vistas of Coppell on Lyndsie Drive
from FM 553, has continued debris and trash left on it from passing trucks and or
vehicles.
I have spoken with our Homeowners Association today and have been advised that this is
an issue for Th~ City of Coppell to resolve.
When I look at our enu-ances to The Vistas ofCoppell, espeeially on Lyndsie Drive, I see
a lot of fallen rock, stones and debris from trucks left for wee, ks and months at a tim~! I
think that this should be removed by The City of Coppell in a timely fashion. I think that
this debris is not only an eyesore but is da~4/erous to my and other vehicles in the area,
As you know, The City of Coppell pays some of the highest taxes in the entire D/FW
area...and The Vistas of Coppell pays the highest taxes in Coppell! We pay Dallas
County, Denton County and The City of Coppell taxes. I expect better street
maintenance for my tax dollars!
