made an on site pre -pour pier inspection of the above referenced job.
Approval of the pier locations and steel reinforcement has been granted
preparatory to the placement of the concrete. This inspection does not
include investigations of the existence of hazardous (noxious) material or
other site conditions. No soil sampling / testing was accomplished as part
of this inspection, and no forensic certification of the soil compaction is
implied by this office.
