I talked to Greg about the attached complaint, and he decided it should be forwarded to
Engineering, first, due to the fact that it might affect the maintenance bond, and we
realize that you may decide to forward it to Streets.
As I indicated on the report, Ryland Homes is nearly ready to pull out of the subdivision
behind Simmons, so we wanted to be sure that the Engineering and Streets Departments
are aware of this situation.
