To whom it may concern:
We, The Ryland group, are the developers of Westbury Manor. We will be responsible
for providing the brick pavers for the City of Coppell to install in the entrance to our sub-
division. It is our understanding that this work will be done upon completion of the
Sandy Lake Road project. At the time we are notified by Coppell, we will purchase and
deliver the brick pavers.
