9 lights @ $292.60 per light = $2633.40
as established by Texas Utilities
Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $2633.40 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along with a
copy of the street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment of
the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

1. City or Developer agrees to pay Company $ in. consideration of Company's agreement to install said street
lights and unde,,k, ncls that no construction work will begin until after Company has received full payment.
2. Company agrees to install, own, operate and maintain said street lights in accordance with its street lighting agree-
ment with customer. However, if City or Developer foils to pay, on demand, the amount indicated above, this supple-
mental agreement is automatically terminated.
3. All parties agree that Company will retain for its use and benefit the payment mcoived hereunder in consideration of
its obligation to install said streat lights and that Company at all times has title to, and complete ownership and control
of, said street lights. -;.·
4. Company is not liable for less or injury caused by delay or foilum.to install Ihe electro fo~.litim necessary to sarve
customer because of delay in receiving sh:pments of requ,red ma~nal, orders or formal requests of governmental
agencies, acls of God or the public enemy, inevitable accidents, tim, explosions, strikes, riots, war, or any other causes
reasonably beyond control of Company. If Company is prevented from installing such electric fodlitles by any of Ihe
above causes, Company agrees to retum to City or Developer, without interest, the entire amount of City 'or Developer's
payment, thereby terminating this supplement and Company's obligation to provide the electdc focilities described herein.
5. This agreement is entered into ~ubject to the terms of Ihe Agreement for Street Ughting Service between City and
Company dated
