1. Due to the length of London Way and the connection to Heartz Road and Sandy Lake Road some type of
traffic calming devices need to be provided.
2. This development will need to install sidewalks along west side of London Way adjacent to the church
property.
3. Provide an 8' wide brick paver band for the street intersecting Heartz Road and Sandy Lake Road.
4. Turn the alley between Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 and eliminate the current alley connection to Sandy Lake
Road.
5. Sidewalk along Sandy Lake should be coordinated in location, elevation, and width with the Sandy Lake
Road Plans.
6. The correct visibility easement should be shown as per the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
7. All utilities and drainage easements for City utilities must be minimum of 20' wide as per the
Subdivision Ordinance.
8. What is the drainage system that discharges to Sandy Lake tying into? Proposed system will not be
in until late 1998 or 1999.
9. Does City of Coppell own land south of this development?
