3. TxDOT's Fort Worth District is including this section of the SH 121 Free-
way in an ongoing MIS, Schematic, and EA consultant contract they have
in the area. The Fort Worth District is working closely with the City of
Grapevine to develop the transportation needs in the area. The following
are estimated milestone dates:

4. The Public Meeting and Heating dates have been pushed back to allow the
consultant to address Grapevine and Coppell ramp location concerns.
Traffic counts need revising due to infrastructure limitations not being
accounted for. Austin is indicating traffic counts Will be available bY the
end of this month (October 2001), Review of Grapevine ramp revisions is
on hold awaiting the revised traffic counts.
