We are in the process of drilling the additional bridge borings and the retaining wall borings west of Lake Vista Drive. Laboratory testing is complete on samples obtained from most of the completed borings. An invoice for the work completed to-date is enclosed. A technical guideline including geotechnical recommendations for design and construction of drilled shaft foundations for the ramp connecting the northbound IH 35E to the eastbound SH 121 will be submitted on October 15, 2001. Preliminary geotechnical recommendations for the remaining connector bddges and the main-lane bridges will be submitted later this month.
