Dear Mr. Bryan:
This letter is written as a follow-up to the fight-of-way dedication for both Freeport Parkway and
Wrangler Drive. Included with this letter is copies of warranty deeds for both Freeport Parkway and

conversations, once the City has received the fight-of-way documents for Freeport Parkway we will
officially accept the roadway and provide you any documentation that you may need for your records.
If you should have any questions please feel flee to contact me at (972)304-3679.
