Dear Mr. $ctmitger,
This letter is being sent to document a variation ia quantities for the UNCLASSIFIED
ROADWAY EXCAVATION. Based on the control point given to ISi by your
surveyors, a total of 12,500 cubic yards &dirt will need to be excavated. This is
approximately 6,000 cubic yards in additional excavation.
Since we me already sending you pricing on the new .fencing, we thought it best to get all
changes in one change order in lieu of having to process two.
