Yes, the amount includes wiring.
Light pole ordering will take 2 weeks from design completion while onsite work
will require about 2 weeks for scheduling and installation. As soon as I
receive an updated TXU computer map of the area, expected this week, I can
complete my design. I believe that, even with vacations, poles can be set by
mid January.
Just a reminder, our inspector needs to be onsite when the cable is laid.
Please have the contractor call either 972~253-2466 or 972/570-4135 several days
before the work is to be done so that the inspectors can schedule their time.

I received the agreement. Thanks. Can you clarify whether the $18,534.40
includes the cost of the wiring. Once the agreement is signed, what kind of
lead time for the delivery and installation of the lights.

I have finished my calculations. To set 9 single 30' Square standards along
Creekview and two double 30' Square standards on Freeport at Ruby will cost
$18,534.40. This does not include the cost of foundations, trenching, or
conduit which will be done by an outside contractor. I have attached the Street
Lighting Supplement Agreement for your approval.

EXHIBIT A
1. City or Developer agrees to pay Company $18,534.40 in consideration of Company's agreement to
install said street lights and understands that no construction work will begin until after Company has
received full payment.
2. Company agrees to install, own, operate and maintain said street lights in accordance with its street
lighting agreement with customer. However, if City or Developer fails to pay, on demand, the amount
indicated above, this supplemental agreement is automatically terminated.
3. All parties agree that Company will retain for its use and benefit the payment received hereunder in
consideration of its obligation to install said street lights and that Company at all times has title to and
complete ownership and control of, said street lights.
4. Company is not liable for loss or injury caused by delay or failure to install the electric facilities
necessary to serve customer because of delay in receiving shipments of required material, orders or
formal requests of governmental agencies, acts of God or the public enemy, inevitable accidents, fire,
explosions, strikes, riots, war, or any other causes reasonably beyond control of Company. If Company is
prevented from installing such electric facilities by any of the above causes, Company agrees to return to
City or Developer, without interest, the entire amount of City or Developer's payment, thereby terminating
this supplement and Company's obligation to provide the electric facilities described herein.
5. This agreement is entered into subject to the terms of the Agreement for Street Lighting Service
between City and Company dated
