PROJECT STAKING
Creekview Drive:
1. 9 1/2' offsets to b.o.c, along the north right-of-way boundary
2. 4' & 5' offsets to b. o. c. on east/west along south right-of-way boundary
3. No elevations or cuts staked at the intersection of Creekview Dive and Freeport
Parkway
4. Contractor to have it staked today or tomorrow
Freeport Parkway:
1. No right-of way staked
2. Contractor to have it staked today or tomorrow
RELOCATION OF EXISTING STEEL & CABLE FENCE
Fence along State Road and Ruby Road
1. Existing gate needs to be relocated to the east (along Ruby Road) +100 feet.
2. Contractor needs to call Brad Reid and meet with him on-site to determine
location of the new fence
3. Normally set fence on right-of-way - up to Brad Reid
EXISTING IRRIGATION ALONG FREEPORT
Irrigation installed by Duke Weeks
1. Contractor to get Jeff Langston's telephone number to discuss relocation and
lowering of irrigation parallel to Freeport parkway
EXISTING UTILITIES
1. Walked entire project and Inspector identified water, sewer, underground electric,
and overhead Verizon locations
2. Contractor to get in touch with TXU and Verizon and met with them to determine
horizontal and vertical relocations
3. Contractor will try to set the meetings up for tomorrow
GENERAL
1. Contractor to provide updated project schedule today
2. Contractor will provide cut sheets for excavation to the City of Coppell and to the
Engineer (Schrickel Rollins & Assoc.)
