RE:Comments for 125 Cottonwood Drive Lot Improvements
Dear Mr. Gali:
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (Kimley-Horn) is in receipt of the comment response floodplain study
submittal for the proposed improvements at 125 Cottonwood Drive, prepared by O’Brien Engineering,
Inc. (OEI) dated December 18, 2019. Kimley-Horn has reviewed the documents for adherence to the
City of Coppell Floodplain Management Ordinance and National Flood Insurance Program regulations.
OEI has adequately addressed comments regarding the floodplain study for Cottonwood Branch.
Kimley-Horn recommends the City of Coppell (City) approve this study. OEI should provide a final,
signed and sealed hard copy of the study to the City, including Exhibit 1 and 2 from the November 2019
submittal of the floodplain study. These exhibits were excluded from the December 2019 version of the
submittal.
