Engineering Services Agreement
Dear Mr. Hendricks:
We have reviewed the proposal for engineering services necessary to design
approximately 8,800 linear feet of 12-inch water line along the easterly right-of-way of
State Highway 121 and have the following comments for your consideration.
I. BASIC SERVICES, Design Phase
Revise "Printing of preliminary plans and specifications for review by the City
and Utility Companies" to "After review and approval of conceptual plan, print
preliminary plans and specifications for review by the City and the Utility
Companies".
2. BASIC SERVICES, Construction Administration
Revise "Assist in execution of Contract Documents" to "Assist in execution of
Contract Documents by preparing five (5) sets of conformed contract
specifications".
3. SPECIAL SERVICES, Printing of final plans and specifications for distribution
to prospective bidders and the successful contractor
If the final plans and specifications are picked up at your office, this item needs to
be included under Special Services. If the final plans and specifications are
picked up at the City, this item needs to be included as part of the Basic Services.
4. SPECIAL SERVICES, Preparation of Construction Record Drawings
This item is listed under the Basic Services, Construction Administration and
under the Special Services.

Please revise the Engineering Services Agreement as necessary and submit two copies for
