Wetlands Delineation
Dear Mr. Moore:
The City of Coppell owns a tract of land east of Freeport Parkway and north of Rudy
Road. Based on a review of a National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) map and an on-site
visit, it appears that there are potential wetlands located in the southeast comer of the
tract of land, immediately north of Ruby Road. The City needs to determine if this area
falls under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers prior to any future site
development.
Enclosed are aerial photographs of the tract of land, a USGS map showing the general
location of the potential wetlands, and a copy of the NWl map. Please submit a proposal
to identify and delineate any potential wetlands in this area.
