Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual reinspection was
conducted as noted below.
Metal deck installation between lines R1 to R6 and
RB to 8, Radius Low Roof Level Area was inspected.
Metal deck installation has been repaired and the
puddle weld and side lap screws were now determined
to be compliant with the exception at the northeast
slope area between lines R3 to R4. The erector has
to change the top of the steel elevation to meet the
adjacent roof along line 8.
