Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 January 12, 1995 Mr. Tim House Waters Edge Joint Venture 5220 Spring Valley, Suite 500 Dallas, Texas 75240 RE: Waters Edge Phase II Development Fee Assessment Dear Tim: Recently while reviewing fees paid in 1994 for our yearly report to the Council of Governments, it was noted that the waste water impact fee assessed to the Waters Edge development was in error. As can be seen on the attached memo from the Public Works staff to myself dated January 4, 1994, there were 20 equivalent service units for the waste water impact at $450 each. However, there apparently was an error in multiplying that resulted in the assessed amount being $4,500.00 as opposed to $9,000.00. Therefore, a check in the amount of $4,500.00 should be made payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Alan Johnson, Finance Director, along with a copy of this letter. Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment of the required fees. I am sorry for the oversight in the original assessment of the waste water impact fee. If you should have any questions concerning this issue please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Water Tap Inspection Fee 20 Connections ~ $100.00 each = $2,000.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit. (Or in the case of the irrigation meter-prior to issuance of meter). Sewer Tap Inspection Fee 20 Connections @ $100.00 each = $2,000.00 100% due prior to issuance of building permit.
