Per our discussion earlier today, the purpose~of this letter is to request that you allow
the issuance of building permi~ on the follo~ng lots in the Water's Edge Phase Ii
[ Block A, Lot 17; and
Lot 17 has already been submMed to Building Inspection, and Lot 13 is expected to
be submitted by the end of this week.
We are working through the final punch list on the subdivision now, and it is possible
that we will have complete accep~nce in the next day or two. We understand that
construction on these lots prior to final acceptance of the subdivision provides no
assurance that we will get certillcates of occupancy, and we agree to hold the City of
Coppell harmless in such event.
Assuming your approval of this request, please notify Building Inspection so that they
may proceed with their review of the submitted plans.
