Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted as noted below.
Roof Level Framing between lines H to I and 13 to 14:
1. Reinspection item, metal deck installation, puddle
welds and side lap screws were now determined to
be compliant with the exception at the north slope
perimeter adjacent line H (installation was not
complete}.
Roof Level Framing between lines A to B and 4 to 7.8
and Low Radius Roof between lines B to RB and 7.5
to 8.
1. Metal deck installation, noncompliant puddle welds,
side lap screws and incomplete decking locations
were marked accordingly with orange paint.
