Dear Ken:
Attached is a copy of a letter from Reed Engineering Group
regarding the subgrade stabilization for the above project.
Please accept this letter as a recommended change from lime
treated subgrade to cement treated subgrade with six percent
cement with an application rate of 27 pounds per square yard
as indicated in Mr. Reed's letter.
Please respond to me in writing with the City's approval of
