Dear Mr. Sullivan:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
A wrought iron fence should be constructed around the edge of the lake as
required by the Lakes of Coppell Hom~wners Association.
2. Will the irrigation be metered through Fountain Park irrigation system?
3. Will the 1 1/2" manilla rope be treated?
A comment was made by Gary Sieb, Director of Planning, regarding materials
on the plant list (refer to Sheet 4). If you have any questions contract Gary at
462-0639.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City of review. If you
