APPLICANT: Matthews Southwest Investments Tim House 5220 Spring Valley Suite 500 Dallas, Texas 75240 934-0123 HISTORY: No prior zoning history on this tract of land, however, a final plat for Lakeside Village was executed with the county for a portion of this Item 15 SURROUNDING LAND USE & ZONING: North - South - East West - Single - family use; PD-SF-zoning Single - family use; Townhouse zoning Vacant; Commercial Future Single family; PD-SF zoning ANALYSIS: Two variances are being requested. The first one deals with the waiver of the alley requirement and the second variance request relates to the street center line radii being less that the minimum required. Both requests have been reviewed and approved by City Council, during the rezoning stage, but as a matter of housekeeping, if the decision is to approve the final plat, then the motion should reflect both variance requests. The portion of lot 1 and 2, and all building lines, lot lines and easements created by the map of Lakeside Village as recorded in Volume 85816, Page 1670, located within Waters Edge, Phase 2, will be abandoned by the execution of this plat.
