Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 January 19,Dgk9~ Waters Edge Phase Two Construction Plans Dear Mr. Kadleck: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Provide the normal water surface elevation for the outfall of storm sewer. Address the following comments on Sheet 4: a. Provide a note stating that fill will be compacted to 95 % standard density as per City's standard. b. Provide erosion control around drop inlet (sod). c. Developer is responsible for construction of sidewalk located in common area. d. Location of inlets may cause driveway conflicts. Would it be possible to locate inlets at lot lines? The spot grades for the positive overflow shown on the grading plan does not permit the runoff to flow toward the lake. Please verify and make the necessary corrections. 4. Provide erosion control for the east side of the development. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
