Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy
of the Development Fee Calculations for Waters Edge Phase II.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $21,150.28 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the Fee
Assessment List. Please provide our office a copy of the Engineer's Estimate or contract for
this project so the construction inspection fee can be verified.
By providing a copy of your paid receipt to our office, it will help us to verify payment of the
required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project.

50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer;

50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a

For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June
23, 1992 the following assessment is determined:

Development Fees for Waters Edge Phase II
Attached is a revised compilation of the fees due for Waters Edge Phase II. Due to
misinformation regarding the date of the preliminary plat approval the fees listed for park
fees were incorrect.
The correct fees will be 20 residential lots at $350.00 each for a total of $7,000.00.
We hope this did not cause a problem.
