This letter confirms the Lakes of Coppell Owners Association to maintain the Waters Edge
common area improvements.
The Association will maintain these improvements after the completion of the following
activities:
1. One year of maintenance accomplished by the Developer.
2. Acceptance inspection at the end of the first years maintenance that may
require the Developer to correct all "punch-list" items.
3. All expenses relating to transfer will be borne by the Developer. These may
include surveys, deeds, recording fees, etc.
