In my search of the existing files on the Channel Pointe Project,
I have located a punch list dated July 22, 1988, listing a number
of items to be completed. I have also requested the Parks
Department, Street Department, and the Utilities Department to
furnish a current list containing any additional i~emswhich exist
for final completion of this project. I expect~his information
to be completed by Friday, February 16, 1990. ~
I have made phone contact with Mr. Bill Anderson with Dowdy and
Associates for the purpose of setting up a meeting to discuss all
items required for completion of the Channel Pointe Project. The
date and time of the meeting has not been set at this time.
However, the tentative date is Thursday, February 22, 1990.
