Gentlemen:
You have requested the installation of street light
luminaires on a fiberglass pole with underground
distribution cable rather than a wood pole and over-
head distribution lines in the Sherwood Park Phase I
Addition in Coppell, Texas.
This is to advise that Texas Power & Light Company
will install one 100 W HPS fiberglass mounted street
light at the intersection of Nixon Street and String-
fellow Drive, to be served with underground cable
subject to the following two provisions:
1. Written approval of the City of Coppell
for such installation.
Your agreement to pay Texas Power & Light
Company, without recourse, the sum
of $145.00 upon acceptance of this
agreement.
If the above meets your understanding and approval,
please indicate your acceptance by signing in the space
provided below and returning two signed copies to us.
