1) Proposal is based on paving sub-grade preparation by others. Price includes fine grading with on-site
material provided by others. No import fill material for fine grading is included. Sub-grade to be +/- .10’
balanced (by others).
2) No provisions have been made for pumping of concrete paving. Proposal is based on backing
over in place reinforcing as needed.
3) All concrete paving to be placed and finished by hand (no paving machine).
4) All curing to be by spray/roll on clear dissipating compound.
5) All curbs poured monolithically with paving (no separate curbs & gutter).
6) Proposal is predicated upon a maximum of 10 paving pours to complete this scope of work.
Additional pours will incur additional costs.
7) TAS has assumed a 5 day, 45 hour work week.
Building Qualifications/Clarifications:
1) Proposal is based on paving sub-grade preparation by others. Price includes fine grading with on-site
material provided by others. No import fill material for fine grading is included. Sub-grade to be +/- .10’
balanced (by others).
2) Backfill for foundations and tilt-wall panels is based on using onsite-excavated materials.
3) Pumping of concrete (excluding drilled piers) as required is included.
4) All spoils will be stockpiled on-site. Hauling spoils offsite is excluded.
5) All drilled piers are 15 ft deep from the top of finished floor for estimating purposes.
6) Proposal predicated upon concrete slab on grade Ff & Fl testing (by others) and acceptance per Div.
3 specifications (ASTM E 1155-96). Remedial work in accordance with Div. 9 specifications is
specifically excluded.
7) All slab-on-grade control joints will be soff-cut.
8) Proposal is predicated upon a maximum of 11 slab-on-grade pours (excluding the pour strip)
to complete this scope of work. Additional pours will incur additional costs.
9) Proposal is predicated upon a maximum of 8 tilt-wall panel pours to complete this scope of
work. Additional pours will incur additional costs.
10) At all slabs-on-deck Ff & Fl tolerances will not be applicable, decks will either be pinned or gauged for
