Parkway Blvd. Coppell, TX 75019 Re: Gateway Business Park, Lot 3A-R2, Block 2 Dear Mr. Garza, The subject property is described as Lot 3A-R2, Block 2 of Gateway Business Park. This letter is to acknowledge that the proposed storm sewer hydraulic grade line (HGL) exceeds the top of inlet (surcharge) at various locations in the 100-year storm event. We understand that this may result in ponding between 6 – 18 inches in the truck court between the two proposed buildings, as well as the car parking area on the west side of Building 1. Eliminating the inlet surcharge would require significant import be brought in which is not economically viable for the project. We appreciate the City’s understanding in this matter.
