On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on the Roof Level Framing as noted below.
Roof Level, metal deck installation between lines
A to B and 1 to 4 and also between lines B to D
and 1 to 2, puddle welds and side lap screws were
determined to be compliant.
