This letter is written as a follow-up to our prior conversation and my letter of November 30,
2001 which requested you to contact me so that we could set up a date and time to discuss the
silt that has settled in the drainage channel. I also contacted Tony Martin of Newport Classic
Homes with the same offer. Mr. Martin has contacted me and requested that we meet on
Tuesday, January 8 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss this matter further.
I respectfully request that you contact me and let me know if January 8~ at 10 o'clock is an
acceptable date and time for you. If not, I will be more than happy to discuss with Mr. Martin
a date and time when all three of us can sit down and discuss this issue.
