RE: Meadowcreek Drainage Project #DR 00-02
Dear Mr. Brown:
This letter is being written to update you on the stares of the referenced project. The Meadowcreek
Drainage project was approved for construction by City Council on December 11, 2001. The
contractor R-Con, Inc. has returned the executed contracts and is preparing to begin construction.
However, the contractor has notified us that the pipe necessary for the construction cannot be
delivered until February (see attached letter). A preconstmction meeting has been scheduled for
the end of January so work can begin as soon as the pipe arrives.

Dear Mr. Cambell,
We have executed the contracts on the above referenced project and are ready to get
started. However, Hanson pipe can not deliver the boxes until February 4, 2002. We
would like to schedule a pre-construction meeting the week of January 21, 2002 so we
can go to work a soon as the boxes arrive.
