Go ahead and send a letter to isi telling them that we are removing the street lights and wiring from the
contract.
Isi has requested to start the installation of the fence. It is our opinion that they are going to move forward
without the change order being signed. Once you have received the breakdown of the change order
items, and if the fence price is more in-line with what we think it should be, prepare a letter approving the
new costs and stating if isi wants to move forward prior to the signing of the change order they can do so
at their own risk. Chris respond back to me as soon as you have received the breakdown of the costs.
