Pursuant to the discussion you and I had yesterday afternoon, this letter is written
to request the City of Coppell abandon the 60 feet wide temporary construction easement
granted and contained in the easement document recorded in Volume 75142, Page 1352
of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, a copy of which is enclosed. I have also
enclosed a copy of the survey for your reference. If you need any additional information,
please let me know. Both of the parties to this contract and I appreciate your cooperation
in this matter.
