Enclosed are the executed drainage easements and slope easements you'~rovided for my y
property
along
Belt Line Road. Along with payment, as agreed, in the amount of $10,381.00,\
the County is to pay for the design and construction of the following:
the Belt Line Road 60' wide median opening currently planned at Belt Line~x
Relocating
Road Centerline Station 102+50 100' west to Belt Line Road Centerline Station
101+50.
2. Adding a 150' long westbound storage lane and an appropriate transition from the
lanes at the median opening relocated to Belt Line Road Centerline Station
through
101+50.
3.Installation of a 40' wide driveway with appropriate commercial curb return radii on
the south side of Belt Line Road centered at Belt Line Centerline Station 101+50.
