As a follow-up to our telephone conversation on December 6, 2000, I am again providing you
information on the three separate drainage easements and four separate slope easements to be
obtained by the City of Coppell from Crow-Billingsley. Attached is my letter from March 31, 2000
explaining in detail the need for the easements.
Because of the timeline on this project, the City of Coppell would appreciate the opportunity to
discuss the acquisition of the slope and drainage easements at your earliest convenience. I look
