With this letter I am providing copies of the appraisal reports that include the valuation of the
property as a whole and the valuation of the proposed drainage and slope easements.
In summary, the total value assigned for the acquisition of the slope easements is $3,969.00 and
the total value for the acquisition of the drainage easements is $6,412.00. This equates to a total
compensation of $10,381.00 for the slope and drainage easements contained within your
property. Because of the timeline on this project, the City of Coppell would appreciate the
opportunity to discuss the acquisition of the slope and drainage easements at your earliest
convenience.
